I had an ES hotel that refused to contact me after a bad stay a few years ago. My wife called customer service every day until the hotel manager called me back wanting to know what it would take to get her to stop calling:. After I reminded him of what I asked for in my first phone call, all was well on my next CC statement. Hotels pay fees for complaints and they start to add up when you call every day and and remind them you are still waiting.
