I faxed my documentation already. But, I've been trying to contact someone to get an idea of the timeframe, process, etc. When you call the refund # (918 254 3777), and you hit 4 or 6, and then 0 to get to a CSR, it rings 3 times, and then disconnects... I've called about 10 times, every time get the same result.
Anybody have any alternative to contact refunds? I'm wondering though, isn't AA wondering why no calls are coming through???
Talked with customer relations, she simply said "Oh they're very hard to get a hold of...." What the #$%@ is that?? If you're not going to take calls, why even say you will?
