It's technically possible to make it to Stockholm and back. The Arlanda Express train takes 20 minutes so with some margin for the airport formalities and a lounge visit you could get maybe 2 hours in the city.
That's enough for a stroll in the city centre, if it's worth it or not is rather individual, especially as the airport train is very expensive.
