D- Even with all the stupidness of not bring fluids onto the plane, you can always buy bottled water at stores before boarding your flight. Yeah it's marked up 200%, but suck it up and buy it if you don't want to be dehyrdrated 4 hrs into your flight. I always do.
Or bring an empty bottle through security and fill from a water fountain airside.
