i've said it on the other thread & i'll say it again....its shocking that hilton would treat anyone this way....specially a diamond member....

if they had moved you to the room type you agreed to move to then there was no problem....but they basically lied to you to get you out of the room that they wanted to give to a more important guest....

offering 5k points as compensation is a joke....they should offer you a free stay, good at any property, for the number of days you were at the conrad....nothing less than this should be acceptable....
