There's a hotel shuttle bus that will drop you off there:

They have some sort of arrangement where you can bill the fare to your room charge.

I believe the costs is 80 HKD each way, but I can't remember for sure.

The shuttle bus does go to other hotels, but every time I took the bus, the Hyatt Sha Tin was the first stop.
