Things I don't complain about:

Recently purchased a $1200+ fare, mailed in ~$1300 worth of vouchers. Expecting ~$100 remaining balance voucher. Received $~200. Called AA to enquire about the fare, as I can't see it on aa.com and e-ticket confirmation doesn't show it--CSR says final fare was ~$1100.

Seems after "purchasing" but before ticketing 2 weeks later, fare dropped and AA gave me the new fare. They certainly didn't have to do so. ^^
