No, because the 125k award F award for IB would require you fly IB for the transatlantic flight. That means you must fly SFO-JFK-MAD-BCN.
To fly the route described, you need a 100k AA award to London in F, plus another 25k in an Iberia award for flying in coach between London and Barcelona (or 50k for business).
