From my experience I think it's unlikely AC will move you; most of the time they pay little or no attention to who is in the exit rows. I've seen large people, non-English speakers, woeful first-timers, even children there; none of whom are supposedly 'allowable'.
I have witnessed times when pax where moved because they did not qualify for that row. The latest one was two weeks ago, when a person was moved because he did not speak or understand English nor French.
