I'm finding another positive for the Conrad is that it seems easier to book reward stays.

The BH seemingly is on quarterly availability for rewards, and it seemed much easier to book with the Conrad.

So for my honeymoon, I've booked the Conrad as a back up, but I call every few days to check availability for the Beach House.

HHonors said right now in September they're able to book to April of next year, so we shall see. I'm looking for July I hope that doesn't mean I have to wait until December/January to book.
