Galley Etiquette, Long Haul

I fly AA TATL every year.

I can't sleep on planes, and I like to hydrate.

I need a beverage quite frequently, and I've always walked back to the galley (like I'm gonna buzz the FA for a stupid beverage!) and asked over and over for club soda (or yummy ginger ale) and some ice.

Here's the question:

Which is preferable (let's assume in Y)?

A)Grab your own ice and beverage if the galley is unattended
B)Tell the FAs in advance about hydration necessities, and for their help in keeping the cup full
C)Shut the hell up and meekly ask every time
D)Bring my own damned water, already
E)Buzz FAs like they are my own personal servants
F)Ask for two cans/cups/whatever as if I'm Mr Creosote or something
G) Ask FAs for permission to raid the galley as needed

I don't like sitting, and I've often stood for 1/2 a flight, and never an issue with FAs about space, masks, etc but I don't want to push my luck.
