I usually change into shorts, if overnight First Class or Business Class Flight.
I find the pyjamas offered in First Class too warm (the Van Laack variety), and prefer cotton shorts from Old Navy.

I've done this in Swiss, Lufthansa, American, Continental, United and Singapore, with no shame.
