One thing I have noticed, consistently, at the Sky Clubs where there is more than one club at a given airport... if one club runs out of some snack or beverage, no one takes the initiative to go to another club to obtain the out-of-stock item.

And, yes, the item that was out-of-stock in one club has been available when I went to another club.

The concept of providing "service" often seems to be missing.

But, what do you expect for $300 to $450 a year?
