If the Civil Aviation Lounge is the business lounge in Dubai is the one I am thinking of, it is one I used twice a year ago January. Great lounge, great buffet, nice showers, free wifi. One of the nicest lounges I have been in. I was able to access it due to SU J ticket. Definitely much nicer than the KL or AF lounges I visited there.
