First CSR would not adjust, insisting that I wait a week to 10 days to see if adjustment made automatically. I expressed skepticism but got no traction.

Waited 24 hours, called again and spoke to someone else and a manual adjustment was made in less than 5 minutes.

I, unlike many FTers, have never had a GP posting issue, even on Hyatt Place stays (which, based on numerous posts and threads, may be remarkable), so I was pleased to see a quick resolution without too much brain damage, even though I had to call more than once.
