I finally got it resolved for 7500 miles though.
What I did was to call the number that was posted on the AA website. Spoke with the rep. Ask for a supervisor. Waited for about 30mins for the supervisor to the free. Then finally they posted my miles. Now I want to know if this deal was for 1 year or 2year. I seem to remember signing up for 1 year only.
I also received 7500 miles after writing Directv customer service. However, I kept the email that promised 10,000 miles with a 2 year service contract..I've written them back and am currently awaiting their response.
