I don't recall any low-cost breakfast options. There is one restaurant open for breakfast, and it has the normal expensive buffet. (I can't recall specifics, but it's in the $25-40 range.) There is a menu for ordering a la carte, but you're not going to find any tremendous bargains on it. For a bagel and coffee, I don't think you'll get away for less than $10, and it may be considerably more.
