
I can't get no satisfaction...
Finally got a response from Hertz. Unfortunately, they did not provide an answer to my inquiry.

. So now I get to start the process all over again

. This time I'll follow up with a letter. Perhaps, if I take up enough of their time and payroll dollars, they will give me an answer; even if that answer is unacceptable to me. I have alot of rentals planned for this fall, and I need to know if I'm gonna be able to use Hertz. Thank goodness their competitors are running good promotions right now.
