I was asking myself "what the heck are they talking about ??"

So I looked at the 2 e-mails I received ref an itinerary I flew last week.

Ok, the 1st e-mail (within minutes of making the booking) did not have flight times.
It did however, show all 4 segments (round trip w/connections both directions).
After the "Dear steve64"...
the 1st line specifically said We are still processing your reservation, and this e-mail is not yet a confirmation of your reservation.
The 2nd line was We will send you an e-ticket receipt confirming your reservation once our processing is complete
Under the "Travel Summary" (with all 4 segments listed), it stated To view complete details of your reservation, visit Manage Reservations.

The 2nd e-mail, about 20 minutes later, was the actual receipt and confirmation. It very specifically spelled out the details of all 4 flights.
What is the complaint ???
