Step 1: get EF or KVS so you can actually find fares, fare rules and routing rules. CMB used to be great for J/C, less so now, but some good discounted first on a couple of OW airlines.
Step 2: find a travel agent who can issue a ticket with this fare. For many years this meant one based in CMB, but not so with some of these fares. There is an outside chance you can get these to price with one of the websites that allows segment by segment booking, but using a TA is far easier.
