My experience involved the apathy of AA crew on flights to Latin America. I was on a F ticket and forgot a USB reader and Sony memory stick in the back of the computer at the Admirals Club minutes before. The FAs would not let me leave the plane while at the gate which is understandable but refused to contact the Admirals Club to have someone deliver it to the gate as we were still 35 minutes before departure.

Was instructed to inform the ground staff at Buenos Aires airport. They only assisted in providing me the number for the Admirals Club in Miami and would not call for me. I called various times throughout the weekend but had difficulty in getting the staff to understand first what I had lost and where and was told to continually call back to check. Was also given Miami baggage service center number (how could a 2 oz. memory stick be considered baggage is beyond me).

Contacted AA EXP Service Center and only received a all response form letter from AA Advantage in Dallas with a number to call for baggage issues. You would figure that AA would have possibly done more for a F paying passenger but obviously not.
