Hi, got a question about hotels near SIN.

I searched on expedia, and I only saw 2 hotels within 5 miles of SIN: Crowne Plaza and Changqi Village. Is this it? Since I'm departing SIN at 5:45am, I don't need a luxury hotel, and would much prefer a budget one.

Is there a way to get into the transit hotel at SIN the day before my flight? Or any other suggestions?
