Possibly because the CO and UA direct flights to GVA can be fairly empty in coach in the offseason.
But Switzerland is very expensive, and the USD/CHF ratio close to historical lows, so any airfare savings will be wiped out within days! If budget is a consideration, taking advantage of the weak Euro might be a better idea.
