Maybe asking for a room in the far corners on the river-side part of the tower...I guess you just never know when you will have noisy neighbors. I think those corner rooms are always good though because no one should ever walk by you unless you are staying back there. I'm always careful not to make too much noise when I walk down the hallway when I return from a late night...but some people can't restrain themselves and so it's always best to be in a far corner where no one walks by. I HATE being near elevators!! Once I stayed at an Embassy Suites and it was amazing and noise-free, and I returned to the same ES a couple months later and there were a bunch of HS athletic teams staying there making more noise than you can imagine(most nightmarish stay ever!)
