No, Robert Leach is correct in saying they have different seat maps for the same model with the 757 (there are currently 8 different 752 configurations, and 1 753 configuration). However, as I mentioned, the 752 configurations have different designations, whereas there is only one 319 designation. I'm guessing that's where the hold up is.
