Hello all.
Not a whine, just an observation, and wondered if anyone else has seen this problem (I searched threads but can't see it)
I'm flying AA then connecting to BA TATL, all on the same booking ref, bought on ba.com, with BA flight numbers
I go to check in online at T-24 for the TATL flight, and am told "Your flight is operated by American Airlines. We cannot retrieve your American Airlines booking reference to transfer you. Please contact American Airlines"
(This is trying with both "new" MMB and "old" one, as well as ignoring to check in for the AA flight and trying the BA one, and vice versa.)
I ring EC and they say yes this is a known bug if the first flight is on AA, nothing we can do, sorry. They can't check me in over the 'phone.
I was allowed to do seat select *before* OLCI opened, so at least I have a half decent seat, but I wanted to see if anything else had opened up, and also to actually get my BP. I was also worried for a minute that the TATL flight had been moved to an AA operated one

- which I was reassured was not the case.
All the rest of MMB looks fine, full and correct details of the flights.
Has anyone else experienced this? Odd that before OLCI it was fine, and only when that kicks in that it goes a bit wonky.
HITA
