First time in a long time that I've had the Service Director address everyone by name in the front cabin through the entire flight. Just prior to landing she addressed each awake passenger in the J cabin to ask how the flight was for us. When deplaning she thanked each of us by name. It was a very nice touch that is certainly not the norm.
