Thanks for all the advice; especially the no-fault check-out which I never really understood in the first place. As it turns out, we spoke with the front desk who explained that a whole lot of the people who'd been here over the weekend had checked out yesterday; they blocked the room on either side of us and since we're towards the very end of the hall, it was super quiet up here last night. So we got the benefit of a very quiet room without the hassle of packing up and moving again. So at least in this regard, things worked out just fine. Now there is an issue with our folio so hopefully we'll get that sorted quickly.

Thanks again for the advice; I definitely learned something on FT today!
