OK! Wrap the box with packing tape, remove the tape, repeat once or twice. Result: looks like a box someone has used several times to ship stuff in. Make some shipping labels to various places, put them on the box, cover with tape, remove said tape, etc. People use cardboard boxes of all kinds as luggage constantly. Crap it up a bit. But I really like your idea, particularly the rigid board across the entire front of the monitor.
