I've been monitoring fares for a JFK-MRS trip in November. Yesterday I decided to book and discovered that all of the Delta code shares operated by Air France were gone. In fact, I can't find any direct JFK-CDG DL code share in November or December. (I am searching on Kayak.)

Surely this is a technical issue? I could still get to MRS via KLM, but the AF flights are more convenient.

While I'm on the subject, I've never flown on KL or AF. Is either preferable in coach? I've read about the perils of CDG layovers but will allow extra time if I go that route. I'm more concerned about potential issues getting MQM credits.
