I had booked 2 nights at ANA Hotel Nagoya using PC points @ 20k points per night.

I checked on the website for the reservation confirmation today and noticed it had disappeared. Turns out I had booked the wrong dates (off by a week) and I had missed the check-in completely.

I called the Priority Club hotline and explained the situation to a rep. The rep said she will have to contact the hotel to try to get a refund, but most likely they will charge me for one night for failing to check-in. The rep called me back 30 minutes later that the full 40k points has been refunded to my account.
