I am looking for quality over temperature in my breakfast (or other food) items. A decent bagel, toasted to perfection, with lox, cream cheese, a bunch of onions and capers is a perfectly good breakfast when accompanied with a decent cup of coffee or three. Or cereal and fruits. Beats any soggy eggs or greasy sausages. I do realize others have different views, and there are rare days where I crave a hot cooked-to-order American breakfast with all the fat and calories (and flavors)...
