Let me skip the cultural part (Inshallah one) and just summarize, that what I see in your responses is, that Egypt Air maybe not pariculary suitable fo everybody and a layover in Cairo might not be as conveniant as in Zurich.

While I have no problem with some adventures, this time our friend has to be on time with zero risk. Per one of the advises, we're flying him to Doha and we're getting overnight to Milan.
