Not sure what your status is with Hilton, but you can drop them a note of your concerns at [email protected]. I know if you are HHD they will respond and address with the Hotel. Maybe comp you next time you stay? It more like you are having issues with the guests, not the hotel though. I try to keep my complaints to hotel issues. I know many have different definitions of "hotel issues"
