Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) About 1h15. Very rushed by one of the FAs. Breakfast was served 2h15 prior to landing, again, quite rushed with heaps of time left to do absolutely nothing before landing.
How was the quality of all the meals? Lunch (lamb) 8/10, Mid-flight snack (dim sum) 7/10, Breakfast (omelette) 5/10

Apparently one of the FAs was not feeling well, as I was told by the SD to whom I've mentioned less than attentive attitude (I am being diplomatic in saying this. At the end of the day, I do sympathise with him.). SD was absolutely fantastic and really tried to improve things. She did ask the FA to go to sleep, but he insisted on continuing with the service. Now, you do get one of these every once in a while, but I really felt bad for those who seemed to have been new to AC J.
Same FA was walking around with his iPhone on about 5 min before landing, and immediately upon landing popped in a bluetooth earphone, which was certainly a first for me on any flight.
