Most of the Hyatt clubs I've seen are pretty disappointing compared to what the compatition has to offer, especially with regard to breakfast. Clubs at IC (my main reference point) beat Hyatt pretty much every time, whether it's a direct comparison of international flagship properties (the club at IC HK beats GH HK by a mile) or domestic (IC SF vs GH or HR). I'm sure there are examples where Hyatt clubs match or beat the competition, but I haven't seen too many (GH Macau is excellent, and the GHs in Tokyo, Istanbul, and Kauai were quite good). Now, I do appreciate that Hyatt Diamonds get club access for free, which is not always a given as an IC RA, and I won't look a gift horse in the mouth (however, I usually choose properties without a club whereever possible, because I prefer to have the full breakfast).
