Taking my first trip to/from Rome on the AC Toronto direct flight return.

What is the outbound lounge like in Rome? I am finding the few threads I have read confusing... I assume it is shared with another partner? Where is it and what kind of services does it offer?

I have American Express Lounge access too, is that a better option?
