PS. I looked on Google, but chances are there are several places right here on FlyerTalk where this information is readily available, as long as you make the effort to find it. Conclusion, although FTers are more than willing to help, we also appreciate it when people are not lazy and look for information themselves, without relying on other people to get it for them.
