Alike many competitors, a Regency/Grand Club only offers a Continental Breakfast in the club lounge, which is generally pretty 'modest', if you take a closer look at the buffet, especially in the US.
On international turf, the situation changes completely and some club lounges also offer made to order egg dishes aside from quality cold cuts, various varieties of cheese, high quality bread and danish, Bircher Muesli etc.
Smoked salmon is probably as close as you can get to a brand standard, but aside from that, I would not count on cold cuts or varieties of cheese, aside from Kraft cream cheese or cottage cheese.
Unfortunately, it is mostly about quantity and not quality in the US, so if you like to enjoy a real quality 'Continental Breakfast', come to Europe or Asia.
