Hyatt Club Breakfast not that good...

I have been a Platinum with Marriott for about 7 years and at the beginning of 2010 was angry at Marriott for changing the point system and for charging me for a "free" room.
So....I called Hyatt for a status match. They quickly matched my status and made me a Diamond (very nice and I'm greatful). So, I started staying at Hyatts...here is what I found:

1. There are a few hotels (St. Louis in particular) that NEVER seem to credit you with your stay. A month after every stay, I have to call and the representative on the other line states "yes, i see you stay, I don't know why they didn't credit you..." and then credits my account. I now wonder if my co-workers are not getting the credit due.

2. The Hyatt club is nice in decor, but REALLY leaves something to be desired food wise. There is no hot food for breakfast (except sometimes oatmeal) and the last few times I stayed, no protein at all. No eggs, no sausage no meat. Had salmon (yuk) and cheese.

As much as I was angry at Marriott, I have to say I enjoy eggs and sausage (or bacon) and other hot breakfast items. Last week in MSP, I had egg cassarole and THICK and tasty bacon. That, a bagel and hot coffee was awesome.

Just sayin.......
