Yes, it's 100k Miles r/t per ticket on a partner airline in Business.
US Envoy off-peak is a real good buy at 60k Miles for a TATL r/t...even more so when using US Mastercard as a Select member (drops it 5k to make it 55k Miles r/t). Just buy a separate ticket to IST from MUC or elsewhere where there's off-peak Envoy award availability.
