Something to consider, just flew PHL-MUC-PHL, and they had just installed Envoy Suites. Not sure if it's permanent, but if so, this would be my choice over LH Business Class, and i prefer to connect in MUC rather than FRA. On the other hand, if LH First is avail, I would use that.
