What restrictions? The only restrictions I have seen are 1) minimum purchase, and occasionally 2) not valid on certain days of the week, e.g. Saturday.
How much tip would you have left? I doubt you would leave less than 15%, so how much more is 18%?
My experience is that, when the coupons are accepted, they are usually a good deal. My problem is that too often I go to a restaurant with a coupon and find they are not accepted at all any more.
