Wow what an as*****. I've picked up at least 50 people in 5 different countries over past 10 years, and this was the only time when I didn't know the itinerary because the passenger forgot to send me her information (because her uncle just passed away and she had to immediately fly back). So reserve your judgment for yourself. I'm sure there's a lot you can judge (e.g. "it's just a question, I should take it easy").

Thanks to everyone else. I did end up missing her after waiting for an hour. Toronto Pearson International Airport has the most illogical exit for passengers (branches in to two separate platforms .... why the hell would you do that?).
