My husband and I are planning on going to Egypt this winter and will continue on to the Maldives. We're talking about a week for the Maldives in mid December with the trip to Egypt starting Dec. 8 and returning Dec. 31.

We've priced two separate tickets:
iAD to CAI: $1000-1200 Air France
CAI to MLE: $1200 Emirates

Now, I have about 350K in Delta miles. Would it possible to make this trip on a single award ticket, or award/purchase combo? Like make it as far as Colombo or Dubai and pay the rest of the way?
