It seems random the way some bookings just disappear from MyAirNZ web page. It always makes me feel anxious.
A recent email elicited this response

"Dear XXX

Thank you for contacting us

There is a current known issue with flights not appearing on My Air NZ. We are working on resolving this issue. This is not affecting your flights and we still have you booked from xxx toxxxx

At this stage we do not have an exact timeframe on when this will be resolved"


The real issue is not why they are not appearing but why do they disappear?
