AC will not release info

Sorry but AC will not release passenger info under any circumstances. I knew of a situation where a TA accidently did release the passenger flight info and seat # to someone who claimed to be the spouse at the airport. That person (a stalker) ended up sitting next to the passenger on the flight. The passenger then filed a complaint to AC and action was taken immediately to reprimand the TA involved and compensation was made to the person.

You can imagine how important it is to protect the passenger's identity on a certain flight. If you're a hollywood celeb or politician or VIP or someone whom you've filed a restrain order, you wouldn't necessarily want others to know you're on a certain flight.

Best way is to have your friend call you when she arrives then you can pick her up then.
