To check the actual expiration date, go on Account overview and Print Member card. The actual expiration date appears on the picture of your card.
Your status may have been renewed for free considering the number of stays you made.
Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't answer my question. I know when my membership expires. Its in July of every year. What I'm trying to figure out, is why if my Ambassador membership expired in July of 2010, why it still shows me as Ambassador. When I call the Ambassador services desk they treat me as an Ambassador, and when I go to print member card, the actual expiration date says July 31st 2010. There in lies the problem, Ive passed the deadline, didn't renew, and everything is still treating me like an ambassador. I'm trying to figure out if anyone has any experience with how long it takes them to drop my ambassador status since its been over a month and they don't show any sign of downgrading me. Hopefully that cleared up the question, so if anyone has any experience with this, please let me know.
