I think this would be possible but risky. I'm more familiar with T1 connections with AC. Their minimum connection time is 85 minutes. Connecting from International to US you can use a separate Canada Immigration entry point which speeds things up. I suspect you still need to claim you luggage and proceed through US customs and immigration. I'm not sure if the arrangements at T3, which you will be using, are similar. I would guess that if everything is on time you should be OK but if not....
