The second email address you posted definitely goes directly to him, I think the first one may get checked over first as this seems to be the one he uses on public mailouts etc.
I think you're right about the email addresses. Have noticed that he, Rob and several other people are now publishing new emails, ie the ones with initials rather than full christian names and suspect that those go initially to staff members. Can't say I blame them, but I'll carry on with the originals.
